In general, our streams run without issues at the broadcast side, but it is always possible that problems can occur at the user side.
If you are having problems with the stream, these four tips solve most user experience issues:
- First refresh your browser window (F5 or Cmd+R) and if the problem re-occurs then try clearing your browser cache.
- Try switching browser. Google Chrome and Firefox are both good options but please try the OTHER if one doesn't work right.
- If you are using WiFi: try moving physically closer to the router, and turn off Wifi on other devices, until you've resolved the issue at least.
- We recommend using a wired network connection if possible
You should check your browser's speed using Netflix's https://fast.com/ service - check it reads 10MB/s or more for a comfortable streaming experience. If you find the speed lower than this - please reboot your wireless router and device. Then do the test again.
