What happens if an event is cancelled, rained off or otherwise incomplete?

Depending on the sport or event, certain weather events may influence the proceeding of the event.

Typically any event cancellations will incur the following:

1) the re-staging of the event will be automatically added to your account

2) OR the value of the purchase will be added to your account so you can view any forthcoming fixture on the specific platform you purchased from can be used against the credit.

Your statutory rights are not affected and if you wish to assert them in terms of a full refund, that is your right. The reason this is not automatically a refunding scenario is that the costs have to be borne by someone - and that is ultimately the clubs or organising production companies involved. Historically, most of our streaming viewers typically watch several events per year per platform and are able to make use of this credit without concern.
